Platts.  Alaskan state-sponsored efforts to build a gas pipeline to southcentral Alaska could provide gas to utilities there and allow the Kenai LNG plant to resume exports, Mike Chenault (NGP Photo), the speaker of the Alaska House of Representatives said Thursday.
