Photo Policies:

Northern Gas Pipelines (NGP) will provide a full resolution photo file by email to the individual featured in a photo here at no cost, upon request.  The same courtesy will be provided to surviving families of deceased persons featured in our photographs.

Individuals are prohibited from using our images — even with attribution — when they are used to cast negative light on our photo subject, as in negative political advertising.

Individuals may use our images — with attribution — for unbiased, factual news purposes with advance approval of NGP, as indicated below.

When using NGP photos on the Internet or in print an individual must give credit as follows.  “Photo by Dave Harbour”, or “Photo by www.northerngaspipelines.com”.  Providing such attribution is required, to avoid violation of copyright laws, whether the photo has been “Googled”, copied from this website, purchased or provided to the family of a person featured.

We will quote a price to individuals, companies, journalists or others wishing to purchase certain rights for full resolution news and feature photos, upon request.  We specialize in hard news photos but also take outdoor, portrait, special event, wedding and photo-journalism assignments.  Our writing and photography have appeared in hundreds of national, regional and local magazines, blogs and newspapers throughout the United States and Canada.

Thank you for your interest in our NGP photos!
