ICEJ.  Israeli company helping Alaskans get connected.   Alvarion, an Israeli hi-tech firm based in Tel Aviv, has recently begun installing fast wireless broadband service to the North Slope of Alaska, helping the region’s 7,500 residents and hundreds of oil field workers in one of the most remote places in the world to get connected to the World Wide Web.
