Governor-elect Dunleavy has it right:
1. To prefer that the private sector shoulder the major responsibility for the Alaska North Slope gas transportation project.
2. To study all of the options before settling on a course of action.
3. Former Governor Parnell is an excellent choice to provide wise counsel on future direction of the project.
