Yesterday, we were honored to join other guests as new Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Morgan Christen (NGP Photo) was sworn into office.  The Ninth Circuit is the appeal platform for a number of energy based issues heard within its large, western jurisdiction that extends frrom Montana to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Pacific Trust islands.  It serves 20% of the US population, including over 60 million citizens.  The majority of the justices were present at  the Dena Dena'ina Civic & Convention Center between 3:30 and 5 p.m. before a [...]
