Commentary: We can't help wondering about wandering Russian eyes, now turned more than ever toward the Arctic, shared by Canada and U.S., among others.  With more incursions of Russian bombers into our airspace, with Russian aggression and energy blackmail occuring in Ukraine, with Russian interest in Exxon's Point Tompson Field, with increasing Russian involvement in North American energy projects, and, now, with Russia lobbying against exports to Europe, we wonder -- as do our good readers -- at how entangling energy alliances involving Russia will affect Alaskan and Canadian energy [...]
