Please find attached my report on an entirely new fiscal upstream model which is now being introduced and considered: Flexible Gross Split Sharing. Please click here for this free document.

This is one of the many topics to be discussed in the upcoming course World Fiscal Systems for Oil and Gas.  This course is scheduled to take place again this year in London, July 3 – 6, 2017.   The course is organized in cooperation with the London Petro Academy.

The course provides an overview of all fiscal terms and conditions for oil and gas licenses, leases, concessions, PSCs and risk service contracts around the world, including detailed analysis of economic results and government take.

The course will also focus on many new developments; in particular, the adjustment of fiscal systems to the current low oil prices.

I would be grateful if you could recommend participants for this course.
