Under our ‘Photo Use’ tab above we clearly define terms and conditions for use of our photos. When we catch–sometimes with help of our thousands of readers–folks who steal our photos, intentionally change our file names, and use them in other Internet applications or the print media (i.e. annual reports, brochures, newspapers, magazines), or other electronic media (i.e. television and movies), we will prosecute to the full extent of the law.
Normally, we will attempt to ‘warn’ those who have taken our work contrary to our ‘Photo Use’ policy but do not guarantee that we will do so before taking action.
When photo pirates voluntarily apologize for their illegal use of our photos, they may return to our good graces and use our photos legally by following the direction given under the ‘Photo Use’ tab–and notifying us so that we may recognize their honesty here.
Below is the most recent illegal use:
Thanks for the head’s up. Not sure who uploaded this montage into our system. Doubt the dimensions for both Begich and Murkowski will work, together, for our purposes in this instance. I appreciate you letting me know.

I wasn’t trying to steal anything from anyone. I just did a google image search on the guy, saved the pic, and posted it. I’m assuming you’re talking about the top one, but just in case I took them both down.
