Today, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) announced the availability of a Revised Draft SEIS, OCS Oil and Gas Lease Sale 193, Chukchi Sea, Alaska (OCS EIS/EA BOEMRE 2010-034) for public review and comment, as well as the date, location, and time for public hearings.  This is another BOEMRE process that will materially affect the future of Alaska and all of its citizens. We will provide suggestions later today for how our readers can remain engaged in this process.  Please check back.   -dh  (See Maps and SEIS and [...]
